Copyright warning:  Any unauthorized reproduction or duplication of any kind or use beyond the limited right of an authorized client of Timberstone Development, Inc. is a violation of Federal law, including the drawing of derivative plans by others.  Drawings (abridged and complete) distributed by Timberstone are copyrighted and may only be utilized by entities that are currently affiliated and authorized by Timberstone Development, Inc for any such use.  Federal copyright protection, extends to original and modified derivative plans, is applicable and intentional and unintentional infringements and provides for specific statutory damages both civil and criminal.  The purchase of a Timberstone home entitles the buyer to no rights, title or interest in the floor plans and elevations depicted herein.  Abridged technical drawings and their respective architectural works are copyrighted and protected by Title 17 of the United States Code and are provided in order to exhibit capabilities of Timberstone Development, Inc.; any unauthorized reproduction of the same, in any form, is strictly prohibited and forbidden.  Any violation constitutes infringement, which is subject to penalties as prescribed by law.
